A patient is faciliated to schedule appointment using Online registration as well as counter registraion. The demographic data, insurance or treatment related information is collected from patient. The patient get UHID auto-generated by E-Hospital Solution software when register in OPD. This UHID helps to document the patients' medical history and journey while they are in the hospital.
A patient’s UHID number is assigned when admitted to the Inpatient Department (IPD). If the patient is transferred from OPD to the IPD; the UHID number remains the same, but issued an IP or IPD number. The module manages IPD billing integrated with lab, radiology and pharmacy, room allocation, IPD notes, ICD 10 codes, discharge workflow with digital discharge summary along with nursing station management.
Doctors can generate and share digital prescriptions with OPD/In-patients. They can send diagnostic test requests, medicine request ot pharmacy, diagnosis entry support with ICD 10, record patient assessment and treatment plan, They can also customize the prescription layout. Doctors can view previous health records and prescriptions for registered patients.
The operation theator or surgical module facilitates the scheduling of operation theator, surgical teams, schedule patient appointment, doctor notes, diagnoses, OT equipment inventory tracking, drug/lab test order during a surgery along with death or birth certificate. It reduces patient wait time and ensure timely and efficient surgical procedure.
A prescription by a healthcare provider is sent to a pharmacist to dispense a specific medication for a patient. E-Medicine / Pharmacy is the venue to give the medicines as per the prescription to the patient. It covers all the tasks such as stock, auto-sale, purchase, expiry medicine reminder, medicine salt search etc.
Healthcare professional can access the digital report of Imaging prepared by the modern technology to diagnose the patient. It proves an easy task that saves time to treat the patient.

Patient Discharge Summary - a report automatically generated after discharge of patient. It reflect the patient's chief complaints, findings, diagnosis, treatment given, instructions, final advice etc and multiple dicharge summary enhances the feature in use.
The inventory module in the HIMS tracks stock management, purchase, stock requisitions from sub-stores, issue of items, items reorder etc. It includes features such as indent generation, quotation, purchase order, issue to departments, purchase return, follow-ups and supplier management and payment facility that spans across the entire hospital.
The Accounts Management encompasses billing and accounting functions across the entire hospital operation, including daily purchases and sales, bank and cash transactions. It handles payments to suppliers, expenditures, receipts, journals, credit notes, debit notes, TDS, balance sheets, and overall profit and loss details alongwith computerized cheque printing, daily day book share via email to admin etc.
The timing of Drug and IV fluid administration is a critical aspect of patient management in healthcare settings. It ensures that patients receive the right medications and fluids at the right times for optimal outcomes. BHT or Bed Head Ticket identifies the patient and their location within the hospital.
